Since Kelly strives to teach methods of self-care, for health independence, there is often homework for the client to incorporate in their wellness routine. The first would be one of Donna Eden’s Daily Routines. One of these can be found in her book Energy Medicine; a variant can be viewed at:
This routine helps to stabilize energy, accelerating the process.
Kelly uses a combination of modalities in which Applied Kinesiology (also known as muscle- or energy- testing) is incorporated to determine the most effective technique for the client. Applied Kinesiology is a bio-feedback technique that allows the client’s own energy system to direct the treatment (this is usually done absentee):
- Esoteric (Bio-energy) Healing, Certified Practitioner (CPEH)
- Hypnotherapy (State Certified)
- EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, information can be found at www.emofree.com)
- Touch for Health
- Essential Oils
- Flower Essences
- AET (Allergy Elimination Technique)
- Various Energy techniques such as Donna Eden, Brain Gym, and Quantum Touch
- Sound Healing—Harp, Tibetan Healing Bowls, CDs of healing music.
Kelly primarily works via absentee treatments (the client is not physically present)–the preferred method of treatment for many. It is especially helpful to those who live a distance away or whose schedules make on-site appointments difficult.
Most of the modalities can be done via absentee treatment and the method by which the energy field is balanced is through Bio-energy Healing, which is best described as focused prayer. Illness shows up first in the energy field. By removing blockages–physically, emotionally or mentally, the body begins to heal on its own, as it was designed to do.
